- If you have any problem with our products, first, try to solve the problem : open a ticket here.
- Refund requests, if any, must be made within seven days of your subscription.
- If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded any product, we will issue you a refund upon your request : contact email@example.com and provide the email address you used for the subscritpion.
- The subscription is a yearly subscription. The subscription is automatically renewed unless the customer cancel his subscription. It is a client's responsibility to cancel payments authorized through PayPal or Stripe. If you decide to cancel your membership and discontinue using our products, please remember to login to your PayPal and cancel the authorization. For payments made through Stripe, you'll need to contact us directly : firstname.lastname@example.org
- Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product or following a renewal are handled on a case by case basis.
- Should you open a dispute, instead of opening a ticket or asking for a refund by email, if a refund is granted, we will keep 50% of the disputed amount while we gather evidence for our submission of the refund.
